Your Safety & COVID-19

Evergreen Home Performance, LLC takes the health and welfare of our customers and employees seriously.

We have conducted a robust review of all aspects of our operation and developed COVID-19 Safety Protocols to minimize risk, deployed training to all employees, and invested in supplies and PPE. Due to the evolving nature of the pandemic and growing body of knowledge regarding the disease, we review local/state/federal guidelines biweekly and adapt our protocols as needed. Because of this fluidity, this description of our safety measures is subject to change without notice.

Highlights of our COVID-19 Safety Protocols include, but are not limited to:

Health Screening

• Prior to arrival at your home, Evergreen employee(s) will have conducted their own health self-screening to reduce the likelihood of introducing risk to you or your family.
• Evergreen will contact you before any site visit/work to conduct a similar screening for you and your family members and we ask your cooperation in helping us keep our employees safe. 
• Other measures, as recommended by Maine CDC and/or Maine ECD, or deemed advisable by Evergreen management.

Reducing Risk of Transmission – inhalation or contact with airborne particles

• Evergreen requires our employees to practice physical distancing measures and to wear a face covering whenever they are on site to do our part in preventing the spread of disease.
• We ask that you do the same to help protect our workers. Please practice physical distancing of at least 6' apart from our employees and wear a mouth/nose covering whenever you are in their presence. Our policy states that employees may not work in locations where these measures are not practiced.
• Other measures, as recommended by Maine CDC and/or Maine ECD, or deemed advisable by Evergreen management. 

Reducing Risk of Transmission – surface contact

• Evergreen employees may employ:

o   Temporary plastic sheeting barriers

o   Surface sheeting/tarps

o   Arranging for exclusive entry points (e.g. using a different door/hallway than home occupants)

o   Arranging for exclusive use of home bathroom or temporary port-a-potty

• In the event of surface contact, Evergreen employees will attempt a thorough cleaning of surfaces likely to be hand-touched by occupants, but makes no claim to complete sanitation.
